Couples counselling or relationship therapy is a psychological treatment specifically for partners or couples who have relational difficulties. It targets both the individual as well as the romantic bond within the relationship. It allows the space to identify negative patterns and behaviours in order to improve on this, which involves improving and strengthening communication and connection.

Career Counselling:

Career counselling is a process that will assist you to know and understand yourself in order to make educational, career and life decisions. It involves supporting you in making decisions on subject choices, deciding on a major in college or university, and deciding what job to do when you graduate. The process involves a discussional and assessment component, after which a feedback session is arranged and a report provided to you.
